About Me
I spent my formative years in Park City, Utah, surrounded by mountains that taught me how to be both grounded and restless. My family eventually settled in Texas, and that is where my roots grew deeper. I found my professional calling in the world of legal operations, spending over eleven years helping build and scale a plaintiffs’ law firm. It was there that I fell in love with structure, rhythm, and the art of growing people into leaders.
Through that journey, I discovered my real passion was not just in operations but in transformation. I thrive at the intersection of people and performance, helping founders and teams find clarity, confidence, and connection in how they work and lead.
Outside of work, I find life in art, culture, and travel. Experiencing new cities, performances, and perspectives fills me with creative energy and keeps me connected to what really matters: the people I love. Whether it is a Broadway show with my kids, a quiet museum day, or exploring a new place with the person I love, those are the moments that remind me why I work the way I do.
I believe leadership is about presence, not position. It is about helping people become the best versions of themselves while staying true to their own values. For me, that means curiosity, integrity, and a relentless drive to make things better for the business, for the people, and for the world we build together.
Core Values
Authenticity
Showing up fully and inviting others to do the same. Authenticity means I don’t perform leadership, I live it. I believe people follow what is real, not rehearsed. In practice, that looks like bringing my whole self to the table, being honest even when it is uncomfortable, and creating space for others to do the same.
Curiosity
Asking deeper questions before offering answers. Curiosity keeps me open, thoughtful, and aware. It is how I see patterns others miss and how I stay connected to what really matters. In practice, I ask “why” and “what if” before deciding “how,” because better questions always lead to better outcomes.
Acceptance
Creating space for the full human experience, no masks, no judgment, no pretending things are fine when they are not. Acceptance means meeting people where they are, seeing their humanity first, and leading with empathy even in hard conversations. In practice, I listen before I fix and lead with compassion before correction.
Self-Expression
Translating ideas into motion through creativity, clarity, and connection. I believe leadership is creative work. Every decision, every message, and every system is a chance to express purpose. In practice, I use clarity and storytelling to connect people to meaning and make ideas tangible.
Humor
Laughter is the universal language that connects, softens, and reminds us that growth does not have to feel heavy. Humor is how I stay grounded and keep others at ease. It keeps hard work human. In practice, I use levity to build trust, ease tension, and remind everyone that leadership can be joyful.
Personality Snap Shot
Same night, many expressions, and the point is simple: I’m a real person, and the work we do together will always make space for real humanity.
Myers-Briggs: ENTJ-A
I am a natural strategist and a direct communicator. I like momentum, clarity, and courage in the people around me. I thrive when I can lead with vision, make decisive progress, and rally others toward a shared goal. I am confident in what I know, but I am equally curious about what I do not. I believe strong leadership requires both decisiveness and humility, knowing when to lead from the front and when to listen from the side.
PRINT 4-8: The Why Behind How I Lead
I am driven by purpose and a desire to make a meaningful impact. I lead with a mix of intuition, depth, and emotional intelligence, turning complex ideas into something clear and useful. Authenticity matters to me, and I bring both sensitivity and strength into every relationship. I am independent and action oriented, unafraid to take charge, yet equally committed to listening and understanding what people need. I believe leadership requires courage, clarity, and integrity, and I try to embody all three.
Kolbe-A: 7 6 5 4
I lead with Fact Finder and Follow Thru, which means I seek understanding before action and value systems that create predictability and trust. My Quick Start is higher, so I can handle uncertainty and adapt quickly when the situation demands it. My Implementor side keeps me grounded and practical, ensuring ideas turn into reality without getting stuck in theory.
Working Genius: Wonder + Discernment
I am wired to ask the big questions and to see patterns others miss. My curiosity drives insight, and my discernment helps me see what is real, not just what is said. I do my best work in the early stages of visioning and alignment, helping teams see what is possible, name what is true, and make the right call. My frustrations come from the Enablement and Tenacity zones. The repetition, handholding, and detail work can drain me, so I stay focused on strategy, alignment, and the big picture where I create the most value.

The Human and the Hammer
When I’m Most Fun
I bring energy and momentum. I love being around people who think big and move fast. If there’s a whiteboard, a vision, and a team ready to get after it, I’m in my element.
I love to laugh. Humor breaks tension and builds trust. If we can laugh while solving hard problems, we’ll probably do great work together.
I’m all heart. When I believe in something or someone, I’m all in. I care deeply and work hard to make the people around me feel seen, supported, and successful.
I’m endlessly curious. I’ll ask “tell me more about that” a lot, not to challenge, but to understand. Curiosity is how I connect the dots and see what others might miss.
I tell the truth kindly. I will name the thing no one else wants to say, but I will do it with warmth and humor so people feel invited, not judged.
When You Get the
Business End
Feed me. Hunger is not my friend. If I get quiet or short, it may be less about the problem and more about needing a snack. Staying ahead of my blood sugar is an act of service to everyone in the room. Never schedule a meeting over lunch without food.
I overthink when I care. If something is spinning in my head, it’s because I want to get it right. I process out loud, so you might hear me talk through ideas that aren’t fully baked yet.
I can be direct. My straightforwardness comes from a place of wanting clarity, not control. Sometimes people mistake it for finality, but I always want dialogue. Push back, it earns my respect.
I have a high standard for excellence. When I feel like people are settling, I will challenge them. It’s not criticism, it’s belief. I see potential and want to pull it forward.
