How do fractional engagements actually work?
Fractional means you get executive level leadership without the full-time cost. Engagements typically include ongoing leadership, operational structure, and strategic execution support without needing to hire a full COO before you’re ready. The work adjusts to the stage of growth you’re in.
How do you protect confidentiality, intellectual property, and our internal processes?
Confidentiality and intellectual property are non-negotiable. I am happy to sign a mutual NDA and any documentation you need around IP protection, and I treat everything inside your business as confidential. I do not share strategies, ideas, or operational methods with other clients because your business is not a template and your competitive edge belongs to you.
What size companies do you typically work with?
I work best with founder or visionary led companies in fast growth, usually between 50 and 150 people, and revenue between $5M and $20M. If you’re a little outside that range, reach out anyway. The real question is whether the business is scaling faster than the systems inside it.
Do I need to be running on EOS?
No. EOS is only one framework. I build structure that matches your business, your goals, and your culture. Some clients run on EOS, some don’t, and some end up implementing pieces over time. My focus is operational clarity, not enforcing a specific tool or language.
I don’t sit on the sidelines, I lead operational alignment with your leadership team. Some weeks I am deep in the details, other weeks I guide decisions, but the accountability and outcomes don’t change. Hours don’t matter, results do.
How involved are you in the business?
Are you remote or onsite?
Both. Most of the day to day is remote, but I come onsite to get to know the team, for key leadership work, and for quarterly and annual planning. I have to feel the energy of the business and see how people really work together. The schedule depends on needs and impact.
